Eve Clague

Eve Clague is a singer/songwriter from Clonakilty, West Cork. She’s been studying music for 4 years in Cork School Of Music developing her sound.

Eve has been in the Cork music scene since she was 14, playing at various venues and festivals such as Body & Soul and Electric Picnic. As well as performing her own original music, she has worked with various artists such as Bean Dolan and Darce. She has been mentioned on Nialler9 top 10 artists to listen to this week with the song “Valhalla” which she recorded with Darce. The song was listed on a playlist by the Spotify senior London editor along with other upcoming Irish artists.
 Eve is releasing her Debut EP titled “Hide In Full View” which is the name of one of her tracks that inspired the EP. Recorded at Wavefield studios In Clonakilty by Brian Casey, the same studio where “Valhalla” was recorded.

Her music is described as colorful, personal, guitar- driven blend of soul, folk and jazz.

She has been very influenced by artists such as Lianne La Havas and Amy Winehouse. Her hometown of Clonakilty has had a huge influence on her as a musician. The Clonakilty International Guitar Festival is based there and well known artists play every year. At the 2017 Festival, Eve was a featured guest in the Acoustic Forum which was presented by the renowned luthier George Lowden. She performed alongside Tony Mcmanus; Bill Shanley; Leo Wingncamp Jnr and Kees Van der Poel.
