Leftfield have been at the cutting edge of dance music since the 1990s, releasing albums that have become some of the most influential electronic records of all time with their debut LP Leftism being widely regarded as one of the most boundary-pushing electronic LPs ever.
In 2010, Neil Barnes reignited the Leftfield name and went on to release a new album (Alternative Light Source) as well as touring the world as a top-tier DJ and record collector unleashing modern dance floor weapons with his sets.
“I’m going to be playing an eclectic range of house/techno tracks. There’s so many great new records out there and my sets are all about building tension and mood on the dance floor. That’s not to say I won’t play the odd older or ethnic track when the mood suits. Expect a tough dance floor journey…”
“If we had to draw up a list of the UK’s most influential electronic artists, Leftfield would almost certainly rank near the top.”
